The Development System Based on Competency

According to the behaviors indicators build on each competency, we have different training courses for each competency. The new hires will understand needed competencies for their positions and easily get the sources and training for themselves.


Individual Training Plan

In annual performance appraisal, each employee should discuss with their supervisors about his/her own strengths and areas in need of improvement. In areas need to improve should plan specific trainings for those competencies. Employee whose performance achieve and excess his/her position needed could plan the internal transfer, job rotation or promotion. In addition, we give more training and development plans to help employee transfer to the other position or level.
